Installation largely depends on shipping and manufacturer. MaxxMar being a domestic product usualy ships between 5-7 days after the order is received.  Shutters could be closer to 10 days  as an average shipping time.

Generally, no.  To access blinds over the internet motors must be WiFi or Zigbee compatible.  While blinds can still be controlled via an app on your iOS or Android device with Bluetooth,  the device and blind must be within 30 meters maximum of each other.
